All Scott Hawaii footwear is backed by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, or the sole wearing through to the next layer, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers defects that include, but are not limited to, straps pulling out or sole delamination. Styles with plugged straps are only guaranteed for sole delamination and not the straps pulling out.

If you would like to make the return easier and faster you can email a picture of the pair in question showing the problem, along with a picture of the sole to: info@scotthawaii.co.il In your email please include details with the date of purchase, contact information and size for the return pair. We will contact you with regards to whether or not the pair is covered under our warranty and if there are no questions send a new pair to you.
